Easter is almost here! And I have reserved for you a limited edition box of handmade pralines with my bean to bar chocolate:

- SPRING FLAT EGGS: 2 eggs of chocolate origin Honduras Apach 70% sprinkled with caramelized sesame and crunchy raspberry 

- CRUNCHY EGG: 1 egg filled with almond praliné and crunchy quinoa, covered with Honduras Apach chocolate (70%)

- MAYAN EGG: 1 egg filled with cashew praliné and caramelized sunflower seeds covered with Honduras Apach chocolate (70%)

- SIGNATURE: 1 peanut praline and caramelized cocoa nibs, coated with my Nicaragua San José de las Mulas 70% bean to bar chocolate
