Elsa's hot chocolate

My bean-to-bar chocolate, reduced to powder for dilution in the beverage of your choice: plant-based milk, animal milk, or even water – my favorite version, as it allows you to appreciate all the chocolate's aromas more intensely.

Preparation tips (For 4 tasting cups of 80ml):

• put 320ml of the beverage of your choice in a saucepan and heat until simmering
• lower the heat and add half the sachet of hot chocolate powder, i.e., 75g/80g
• mix well while continuing to heat the beverage until the chocolate has completely melted (continuing to heat and stirring well with a whisk will result in a creamier and well-diluted hot chocolate)
• serve and enjoy without further ado, or put it in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy it served over ice cubes for the cold version
